1-1 Wellness Coaching Program is for any busy woman who has struggles managing her wellness as a busy woman. My 1-1 Wellness Coaching Program is for busy women who feel like they have tried it all but with little to no success, and for women who are looking for a lifestyle change that will promote overall wellness and prevent future health complications related poor lifestyle choices. I boost your self-confidence and help you focus on a positive mindset when it comes to managing your wellness while being busy. I help you create the mindset that is essential for success during your health & wellness journey. You will create a true mindset shift and forget about all negative thoughts you had previously about managing your wellness.

PROPER NUTRITION

I coach you on the true way to nourish your body and manage your wellness at the same time without DIETING! You’ll learn the essential steps for eating right without feeling restricted from certain foods. You can enjoy food all while eating clean and manage your wellness.

EFFECTIVE EXERCISES

I help you understand which workouts are most appropriate for overall wellness and time efficient, and workouts that are plateau proof! I’ll help you take the mystery out of working out and show you the ropes to creating your own workouts, and help you take steps that will condition you for your workout even on your busiest days.

BEHAVIORAL CHANGE

Lifestyle change is what it is all about in the end. Anyone can eat properly or workout, but the key question is can you manage it? This is where I help you create lifestyle changes through behavioral changes. Helping you change certain behaviors that are holding you back from your key to success in managing your wellness.

Each program focuses on a different area of wellness and you have the choice to choose which program you feel will be best for you in your current wellness journey. There are not cookie cutter programs. I specifically tailor the material for each individual and their needs. All programs come with 1-1 personal training via my popular fitness app or in person if you are local. All programs are 4 weeks long. You can choose to do just one program or all four for a full wellness experience.

This program focuses on creating a healthy positive mindset with a focus on mindfulness and elimination of old beliefs so that you can gain clarity & confidence in yourself again. So that you can crush your wellness goals.

Wellfit coaching program

This program focuses on learning ways to stay active as a busy woman & how to create a failure proof schedule and workout regimen so that you can be in your best physical state of health. You’ll also learn how to exercise for your specific fitness goals.

1-1 Wellness Coaching Program Investment

You have the choice to pick and choose which program you want to complete with me as your Certified Health Coach & Personal Trainer. You can also choose to complete the entire 4 month program for an overall wellness experience that will focus on every area of health.

One program alone: $500 or 2 payments of $260

Full four month program: $1,800 or 4 payments of $500
