$125/hour — 1 hour wellness consulting session over the topic of positive mindset conditioning, proper nutrition counseling, behavioral change, or physical activity. You’ll receive a customized workbook over the area that you want to focus on or a customized one week meal plan (nutrition counseling only), and lifestyle change steps to complete for success.
$55/ Week — 7 day complete meal plan which includes: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. All meal plans will include a complete done for you shopping list, ingredient list, recipes and meal prep guide.
$1,800/ Total, payment plans available — Four month health coaching experience helping busy professional women create and maintain their health and wellness. The program focuses on creating a positive mindset, proper nutrition in less time, quick effective workouts, and behavioral change modification in order to create a well rounded healthy lifestyle and maintain it. The program will include: 8 one on one sessions via webinar, 7 workbooks, complete four month meal plan, four month access to my fitness app, and full email support.
$55/ Month — Get your workout on the go! Complete one month workout calendar including exercise videos, and one weekly complete meal plan. You can also communicate with me directly in the app. Minimum equipment needed and workouts are 30 mins to an hour.
$40/Thirty minutes — For clients who have had a previous wellness consult only. Thirty minute follow-up wellness consult scheduled as needed for further help in areas that a client may be struggling with in their wellness or for further wellness advice.
