What is functional training?
A way of working that focuses on correcting the body’s imbalances while creating stretch, muscle tone, and helping with weight loss. Functional training typically involves full body workouts in a timed interval format with a focus on the cores stability and unilateral movements.
The best thing about functional training and why I recommend it is because it can be done in 30 mins or less, involves cardio, and can be done with just body weight!
