Targeting the Glutes
Hey hey in today’s blog I want to focus on some exercises that target the glutes! Who doesn't want nice glutes??!!! Funny story, there was a time where I had no butt! Like seriously I didn’t have curves either I was a stick. Focusing on my glutes through weight lifting and other various bodyweight exercises have truly helped me sculpt and form a nice booty that is perky and FIRM!!!

People now days pay big money for butts! It’s so bizarre to me because you can totally build your own through hard work and save yourself all those coins. I’m just saying…. Ok let’s get to these booty moves and get it right and tight!!!!
